Map midrange resource usage to business units and applications
Need to identify candidates for rightsizing through effective

Roll out of ITBI collectors on 2,000 servers (+virtual) (Windows, Linux, SQL)
Mapping to business dimensions from asset management system to support analysis of usage and costs by business areas, service providers, SLA, environment, etc.
Standard reports at three levels
Showback to capacity owners

Result:

Insight for everyone into capacity usage and costs on any platform
Rightsizing of servers – both over and under utilized
Follow up on outsourcer (invoices & SLAs) business rules
